1.-) What will the good changes be after exchanging old EPE extruder for new machine head?

To get less light weight and good quality density, and to enlarge the waves width.

2-) How long does the foam extruder need to exchange its machine head and why?
The structure of machine head is different with the ones made 10 years ago, in addition, the plating layer inside it has not existed, some is caused by the bad quality , others is for long time to use.

3-）Plating layer means the hard Cr plating, like the Multi-hole plate and the core shaft. Sometimes scratched.

Technology includes the structure, length, and compresion ratio of the channel. Etc.
