2. -) EPE Foam Thickening Machine

*Note: Choosing Vertical thickening machine, thickness upto 60mm (Max.80mm), ready for next step. Or adjust the thickness according to your final Bed Mattress thickness.

3. -) EPE Cutting Machine

*Note: to cut the length for 2m long with edge trimming, or customized as you want.

4. -) EPE Foam Mattress Bonding Machine

*Note: according to your final bed mattress thickness, 60mm +60mm +60mm .....

5. -) Vertical Sawing Machine

This Machine is necessary for edge trimming.

*Note: 2400x 2400mm, to trimming the edge for final size
